ServerlessPDF Privacy Policy
Welcome to ServerlessPDF! We keep our Privacy Policy short, transparent, and easy to understand. This document explains how we handle your data during our public beta.
1. Public Beta, Controller & Contact
ServerlessPDF is a free public beta service. Alex Balash is the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
2. Data We Process
We process only the data needed to operate, protect, and support ServerlessPDF.
- Account data: the email address used to register your account.
- Service and usage data: IP addresses, timestamps, and API request information used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and apply limits.
- Content data: HTML payloads and generated PDFs needed to render and deliver your documents.
3. Service Providers, Processing & Retention
We do not sell your data.
- Supabase is our service provider and processes data through its Auth, Postgres, and Storage services.
- HTML is processed temporarily in memory to render a PDF.
- Generated PDFs are stored for up to 90 days so you and your application can download them via a signed URL, then are deleted from active storage.
- Our service providers may process data in the countries where they operate.
4. Your Rights & Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data.
To make a privacy or verified account-deletion request, email support@serverlesspdf.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity.
If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will notify affected people and authorities as required.
